FRAGRANCE DISCLAIMER

Cavalry fragrances are formulated using active ingredients and premium extracts. Customers are advised to review the ingredient list before use, particularly if they have known skin sensitivities or allergies. Perform a patch test before applying any new fragrance. Cavalry is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from improper use, undisclosed allergies, or failure to follow usage instructions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any dispute, concern, or grievance, please reach out to our support team at reachcavalry@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Cavalry will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably and in a timely manner. If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual discussion, the matter shall be subject to formal legal proceedings as described below.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
