CANCELLATION POLICY

At Cavalry, we understand that plans can change. Here is everything you need to know about cancelling an order.


WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL?

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order — the sooner you reach out, the better.


HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

  • Email us at reachcavalry@gmail.com as soon as possible
  • Provide your Order ID and mention that you wish to cancel
  • Our team will confirm whether cancellation is still possible

WHAT CANNOT BE CANCELLED

  • Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped
  • Packages refused at delivery without a valid reason
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer

CANCELLATION REFUND

If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method used during purchase.
